Proposed SEZ location	Sufficient information to fully identify the site (including geographical location, boundary, map coordinates, property registration designations) and the details of the ownership of the site, including the certified Certificate of Title to the site. the extent to which land has been acquired for the Special Economic Zone and security of tenure including confirmation by the State Solicitor that the proposed Special Economic Zone site is not subject to any actual or impending legal liability, expropriation proceedings, disputes, or other contingencies that may give rise to a legal claim.
General Description of the proposed SEZ	The proposed economic activities of the proposed Special Economic Zone.
Business Plan & Feasibility Study	The business plan and feasibility study detailing the development, operation, and-maintenance of the proposed Special Economic Zone, including the details of all assumptions and forecasts used in the development of that business plan and feasibility study and the method of calculation of the positive financial and economic rate of return.
International Trade effect	Details of the international trade effect of the proposed Special Economic Zone, including the projected value of exports and re-exports, value-added processing potential, and investment and transfer-of-technology impact (all of which are to include the assumptions, figures, data and calculations in respect of those matters that are sufficient to allow for independent verification of them)
Domestic Manufacturing Impact	Zone on the establishment or retention of domestic manufacturing and downstream processing activities (all of which are to include the assumptions, figures, data and calculations in respect of those matters that are sufficient to allow for independent verification of them)
National Job Creation	Economic Zone (which is to include the assumptions, figures, date and calculations in respect of those matters that are sufficient to allow for independent verification of them

Expansion Potential	Details of the physical expansion potential of the proposed Special Economic Zone
Physical Security Measures	construction means to be employed to separate development areas of the Special Economic Zone from one another, as well as from the Domestic Customs Territory, to prevent the evasion of the payment of any applicable Import Charges or taxes.
Environment law Compliance	Details of the degree of compliance with a law or any law relating to the environment.
Prior Consultation	Details of the consultation with local communities and the provincial government prior to the application, including details of all meetings held, their minutes and the identity of the persons consulted.
Poverty Reduction Goals	Details of the consistency of the proposed Special Economic Zone with national, provincial and local-level government development and poverty reduction goals.

Energy Supply	The applicant must provide details of the energy supply for the proposed Special Economic Zone, including the source of the energy, the reliability of the supply, and any backup systems in place in case of power outages.
Water Supply	The applicant must provide details of the water supply for the proposed Special Economic Zone, including the source of the water, the reliability of the supply, and any treatment systems in place to ensure the water meets appropriate quality standards.
Waste Management	The applicant must provide details of the waste management system for the proposed Special Economic Zone, including plans for waste collection, treatment, and disposal, as well as any recycling or reuse initiatives.
Telecommunications Infrastructure	The applicant must provide details of the telecommunications infrastructure for the proposed Special Economic Zone, including the availability of high-speed internet, phone services, and other communication technologies.

Intellectual Property Rights	The applicant must provide details of the measures that will be in place to protect intellectual property rights in the proposed Special Economic Zone, including any relevant laws, regulations, and enforcement mechanisms.
